Contributor Agreement
Effective Date: February 17, 2026
This Contributor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Church Media Share ("CMS," "we," "us") and you ("Contributor").
By submitting any design, graphic, video, or creative asset ("Content") to Church Media Share, you agree to the terms below.
1. Ownership
- You retain full ownership and copyright of your original Content.
- This Agreement does not transfer ownership to Church Media Share.
2. License Granted to Church Media Share
You grant Church Media Share a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:
- Host, display, distribute, and promote your Content
- Allow users to download and use Content under CMS licensing terms
- Modify Content only as necessary for formatting, previews, or platform requirements
- Use Content in marketing, previews, and promotional materials for Church Media Share
You may continue to sell, license, or use your Content elsewhere unless it violates exclusivity agreements with third parties.
3. Contributor Warranties
By submitting Content, you confirm that:
- You are the original creator or have full legal rights to submit the Content
- The Content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
- The Content does not contain unlicensed fonts, stock photos, or third-party assets
- The Content does not violate any laws or moral standards
4. Prohibited Content
You may not upload Content that includes:
- Copyrighted material you do not own or license
- Offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit material
- Content that promotes illegal activity
- Content that misrepresents Christian doctrine in a deliberately deceptive way
CMS reserves the right to remove any Content at its discretion.
5. Attribution & Credit
- CMS may credit Contributors by name, brand, or username where appropriate.
- CMS is not required to display attribution on every use case.
- Contributors may request preferred attribution formatting.
6. Compensation
At this time:
- Contributions are voluntary
- No royalties or payments are guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing
CMS may introduce future programs such as:
- Featured contributors
- Paid contributor partnerships
- Revenue-sharing initiatives
Participation in future programs will require a separate agreement.
7. Removal of Content
- Contributors may request removal of their Content with reasonable notice.
- CMS may retain copies for legal, archival, or backup purposes.
- Content already downloaded by users prior to removal remains licensed under existing terms.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Church Media Share from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from breach of this Agreement or misuse of third-party rights.
9. Termination
CMS may terminate this Agreement or contributor access at any time for violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Texas/USA.
